SHAKIRA TALKS GYPSY LIFE

Shakira has a lot of common with her new single Gypsy as she lives her life like a nomad. The singer said about her latest hit, "It's how I live my life, like a nomad. Ever since I became famous, I'm constantly traveling." She added, “which is great as I get to see so many different cultures and traditions. But I definitely live like a gypsy!" Shakira also explained why she chose Rafael Nadal for Gypsy video. "Nadal is like me, he started his career young, has fought battles and moves around from place to place. Also it helps that he is good-looking as that makes it nicer for me!"

SHAKIRA GOES TO THERAPY TO IMPROVE LOOKS

Shakira credits therapy for booting her self-esteem. The hippy shaker singer revealed she has been seeing a therapist since 2001 because she was unhappy with her looks. Shakira said, "It helped me so much with every aspect of my life, from body image to relationships.” "My therapist told me why I behaved in certain ways and not to feel so pressured. It's incredibly liberating to spend an hour talking to someone and not caring about what you sound like. It's about understanding myself. Sometimes I'll speak to my therapist for an hour a day. It's become part of my routine," she explained.

SHAKIRA'S READY TO START FAMILY

Shakira reveals her plans to start a family with boyfriend of nine years, Antonio de la Rua. The Colombian star, 33, wants to get pregnant when she wraps up her upcoming world tour. "My plan is to do a world tour and then to think about having a baby," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying. Shakira explained, "My body clock isn't going crazy, but I feel ready. My body feels ready. Antonio and I have talked about it and it's the next step for us.”
